I hereby register for participation in the event from 15.05. to 19.05.2024 with 1 vehicle / 2 persons at a total price of € 4,890.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
For the benefit of DAVID Finest Sports Cars DFSC GmbH and the organizing agency MP Consult, their board members, employees, workers, staff, representatives and vicarious agents (hereinafter referred to as "the beneficiaries"), the undersigned declares on the registration form on the occasion of the execution of the advertised tour:
1. The undersigned (participant) takes part in the event at his own risk. He/she bears sole responsibility under civil and criminal law for all damage caused by him/her.
2. The undersigned hereby declares his/her agreement that the beneficiaries do not assume any liability towards him/her for personal injury, property damage and financial loss, with the following restrictions: The exclusion of liability shall not apply if the beneficiaries are guilty of gross negligence or intent or in the event of injury to life, limb or health. Furthermore, it does not apply in the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, i.e. such obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the signatory may regularly rely. In these cases, however, liability shall be limited to compensation for typical damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded. Claims arising from the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
3. insofar as an exclusion or limitation of liability is agreed above , the undersigned agrees to this not only in his own name, but also in the name of his companions, helpers and all natural or legal persons to whom claims may be transferred in the event of a damaging event.
4. if the persons represented by the undersigned do not authorize this, the undersigned shall indemnify the beneficiaries against all claims that may be asserted against them in the absence of the above liability conditions .
5. the undersigned indemnifies the beneficiaries in full against all claims by third parties if they assert claims against the beneficiaries due to a loss event caused by the undersigned.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
By signing or agreeing to the registration form, participation is binding. Cancellation is therefore not possible. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total price. The deposit of 50% of the fixed participation fee plus costs for travel cancellation insurance must be paid by the due date on the invoice. The remaining amount is to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the trip.

AUTHORIZATION FOR THE USE OF IMAGES AND VIDEOS
I agree to the use and appropriate reproduction of the personally identifying image and video material created during the tour for distribution/publication without restriction in terms of time and space.

DATA USE FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER AND INTERESTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT
With my signature, I agree that DAVID Finest Sports Cars DFSC GmbH and MP Consult Marco Philippzik may use my contact details for event communication and for individual customer and interested party support and may contact me for this purpose. The individual customer and prospective customer support includes information and offers on events and sports car tours. I can revoke my above consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future.
