Excellent taste, perfect craftsmanship and automotive aesthetics – at the Wagyu Tasting in our car dealership you will experience a special evening where enjoyment and atmosphere take center stage.
Germany’s youngest meat sommelier and master butcher Florian Luz prepares the Wagyu meat live on his Big Green Egg Grill. In several courses, guests enjoy an exclusive experience with a total of approx. 350 g of meat per person, consisting of 4 – 6 selected cuts with increasingly intense marbling.
The tasting is professionally accompanied by Florian Luz, who provides insights into the origin, cuts, maturation and special features of the individual cuts and enhances the experience with his expert knowledge.
The evening is accompanied by a carefully matched wine pairing from Lieblingswein, which rounds off the culinary experience:
