Service advisor / customer service advisor (m/f/d) in Hamburg luxury car dealership

DAVID Finest Sports Cars DFSC GmbH is the largest independent sports car dealer in northern Germany and continues to grow steadily. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated service advisor who shares our passion for sports and super sports cars and who looks after our customers with expertise, professionalism and enthusiasm.

Your tasks:

• Advice and support for our customers on all services relating to sports and super sports cars and classic vehicles
• Acceptance and coordination of service orders and preparation of cost estimates
• Communication between customer and workshop to ensure an optimal service process
• Creation and processing of repair and maintenance orders
• Ensuring professional and solution-oriented customer communication
• Carrying out vehicle handovers and returns with quality control
• Support for warranty and goodwill cases as well as processing with manufacturers and insurance companies
• Supporting the sales team with technical questions and vehicle evaluations

Your profile:

• Completed training in the automotive sector, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician, service advisor or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in customer service in the automotive sector, ideally in the premium or sports car segment
• Enthusiasm for sports cars and classic vehicles as well as technical understanding
• High degree of customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office and common workshop software
• Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
• Class B driver’s license
